Phase 001 // The Overdue Bookend
One sheet of 2.5mm brushed stainless, folded into a clean right angle and cut with a grid of openings. Strong enough to hold the weight, open enough to still glimpse the precious cargo it holds.
Brushed finish takes the sheen off and wears in, not out.

The Overdue Bookends are folded from a single sheet of 2.5mm brushed stainless steel, each face laser cut with a grid of openings that keeps the spines and covers between them in view. Left uncoated, the brushed surface celebrates the honesty of the raw material, catching the light softly and wearing in with handling rather than out. Sold as a pair and weighted to hold a full shelf, they suit books, records, magazines or files across a range of spaces.
Made in a small numbered run in Wānaka, New Zealand.
